Q: How does the subscription work?

A: GressoFab is a subscription box service that is released 4 times a year. As a subscriber, you will receive that seasonal box delivered to your door. Each box is worth at least $250, and will include 4 Gresso Miami branded accessories. Boxes are shipped in April, July, October, and January.**

After selecting either seasonal or annual billing, you will be charged immediately at checkout. You will be sent an email confirmation of your order and will be given access to your GressoFab account right away.

Annual subscription:

If you sign up for the annual subscription you'll pay $179.99* upfront for a full year of boxes. You will not be charged for your subscription again until the end of your annual term. Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date.  
Annual Members also enjoy early shipping, meaning that your box will ship before all seasonal memberships.

Seasonal subscription:

If you choose to join as a seasonal member, you will pay ($49.99*) per box each season. Your subscription automatically renews each season unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date. If you join as a quarterly member and later decide to be annual, you can upgrade at anytime from your account.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: To sign up for a GressoFab membership, head to our website at www.gressofab.com! Enter your email address and click "Subscribe Now!" Fill out the order form (as pictured below) to set up your seasonal or annual subscription.

Once your order your box, you will fill in details about your phone model, billing and shipping information! Once you're signed up, your membership will auto-renew every season or year until you decide to cancel.

Q: What is the difference between the Annual Subscription and the Seasonal Subscription?

A: A seasonal subscription renews each quarter for $49.99*. With an annual subscription, you can prepay $179.99* for a full year of GressoFab Boxes (that's $20 in savings for 4 boxes!). At the time your annual subscription expires, you will be auto-renewed into an annual subscription, unless you request otherwise.

Q: What does it mean to upgrade my subscription?

A: You can upgrade your subscription anytime to our Annual membership! When you click "Upgrade to Annual," you'll be charged $179.99* which will cover your next four boxes! Please note that upgrading your subscription applies to future boxes and will extend your subscription if you have a pending seasonal box.

Q: What's your cancellation policy?

A: If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following season’s box. To unsubscribe from your seasonal subscription, please log in to your GressoFab account and cancel using the "My Subscription and Orders" page. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for one year of membership and are nonrefundable.

Q: Do you take returns or exchanges?

A: GressoFab purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any boxes. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

In the case that your box is missing, GressoFab must be notified in writing within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If GressoFab is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of GressoFab.

Q: How can I change my account information?

A: Customers may update their account information with a new mobile phone device or billing/shipping information at any time, subject to the time frames below. In order to update your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at fab@GressoFab.com, indicate that you wish to change information in your account and follow the instructions that we send you in response; (b) log into your Member Account, navigate to the Edit Account tab, choose Update, and follow the instructions; or (c) call us at 305-515-8677, indicate that you wish to update information for your account and follow the instructions given.
