Q: When will I be billed?

A: Just Joining:

If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for this season’s box, which will be the first box in your subscription. For each subsequent box, you will be billed on the first day of the new quarter. (Florida sales tax and shipping fees to Canada, AK, HI, and Puerto Rico may apply).

Current Seasonal Members:

You will be billed on the first day of each quarter for that season’s box.

Annual Members:

You will be billed $179.99 immediately upon sign up for your annual membership this charge covers you for four GressoFab boxes. Your annual membership will automatically renew each year for $179.99 on the seasonal billing date following your last pre-paid box unless you cancel your membership.  

Example: If you sign up as an annual member on June 22nd, 2017 you will receive the Summer '17, Fall '17, and Winter ‘17 and Spring ‘18 GressoFab boxes. On the Summer'18 billing date (June 1, 2018), your Annual Membership will renew and you will be billed $179.99 for another year of GressoFab boxes.

Q: How do I log in?

A: Head over to our login page and enter your email address and password you signed up with! From there, you should be able to view your profile with all your information.

 

Q: How do I update my billing or shipping information?

A: Members can log in with the email address and password you registered with and update any of your account information. Simply go to the "My Account" page and click the "Edit" button next to the information you want to update. Billing and shipping information must be updated before your seasonal or annual bill date.

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: If you forgot your password, you can go to the and enter the email address you signed up with. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password!

Q: I'm having trouble logging in to the website.

A: This could be due to many things. To better resolve your issue, email us with the type of computer you are using and the browser. From there, our technical representative will work their magic and get your into your profile ASAP.
